That was brutal. I actually thought I was going to die but I didn’t – phew!! Definitely a good does of post WOD shakes going on. Finished 8 rounds plus 6 box jumps with 30kg for FS

Loving a bit of toes to bar! Tough wee WOD though. 9 rounds and 2 squats with 52.5 kg so happy enough. Agree with Bev on the post WOD shakes though
