1. Unsual having to have lunch at 8 am and breakfast at 2 pm -what nutrition do you suggest if I intend to do the 6 am strength test tomorrow.

    By the way well done to 7 am class this morning – impressive endurance reps !!!!

    • Hey well done this morning Kieran. So have a good source of protein ie steak or fish with plenty of veg in a variety of colours and maybe some starchy carbs like sweet potato or white rice to fuel up for tomorrow’s wod.

    • Kieran..7am class def worked hard. So did everyone in the other classes though by the look of the scores..well done everyone! Was lots of fun. Straight into push press after burpees was tough!
