A.Take 15-20 minutes to work on Clean technique and build to a heavy-ish clean.

B. “Five-Minute Capacity Test”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Squat Cleans 60/40
10 Burpees Over the Barbell

  1. Find getting my head round scaling difficult. Went too light yesterday and too heavy today. Always was going to plod rather than speed through this as I find bar hop tough going but they are getting a little better – slowly!!
    Managed 40 reps (I was just impressed I kept count!!) at 27.5kg

  2. Worked up to 80kg on the clean with some good coaching points from Eamon. Went with 40kg for the Metcon, struggled with the cleans after the first round, managed 58 reps.
