1. Enjoyed DLs – good to get moving a bit faster on those
    Felt really slow on WOD but some helpful tips from Niall left me confident that with a bit of practice moving the bar faster off the ground I could improve my time. Burpees also slowed me – I’m not very fast at these in the first place but when you add in a bar hop I’m even slower. Totally irrational fear of tripping over this (let’s face it) little bar.
    Long storey short if I stopped dithering with lift and bar hop I’d have been much quicker. Left class feeling like a big slow lump and wondering how I’m ever going to get through this competition in Cork.
    Tomorrow will be a better day , well it better be lol
