  1. 9 full rounds and 150m run -run was super slippy! Excellent workout this morning..really tough. Need to work on my running though!

  2. Just shy of 9 rounds with 8 rounds and 7 lunges finished with 16kg kettlebell. My running definitely needs work was a glorified jog really! but just glad to have survived!
