C. Metcon - 10min Amrap

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Press ups
  • 10 Sit ups

D. Accumlate 2-3 mins in a strict plank

  2. I did it mentally: 14 rounds 32kg kb, 10 pu with 10kg of bacon on my back and 10 sit ups. It was tough going great workout…
