1. Nice Monday workout. It was good to work on technique with the back squats rather than just pushing for a heavy weight.

    For the WOD I took a 10kg disk, 16kg KB and scaled the toes to bar to high knees. Finished 5 rounds so the weights were about right for me. Still haven’t managed the toes to bar yet but hopefully getting there!

  2. Had a little wobble on first set of 5 as jump from last warm up set at 60% to 75% felt heavy. Pulled it together for last 2 sets.
    WOD was fine. Got 5 rounds and 19KB swings. Was very pleased with improvement in stability on high knees. Last time I did those I ended up swinging backwards and forwards like a monkey ☺
