For Time Each partner must complete a full round then high 5 their partner to start then next round.

7 TTB
7 bar hop burpees
200m run (high 5 transition)

  1. That was my worst nightmare. Bar hop burpees and running. Bold boys lol. However, the last round when we switched running for erg was freakin awesome ☺☺ shocking how much difference it makes mentally when you are comfortable with something as opposed to dreading it.
