So your hooked on CrossFit Have you ever wondered what it would be like to follow the programming on CrossFit.com. Well now you can for one week we will do the workouts programmed from last week on CrossFit.com. Now you can starting today.

We will use this warm up everyday
3rds
10 squats
10 sit ups
10 back extensions
10 pull ups/ring rows
10 press ups
30secs couch stretch each side.

Then weightlifting specific warm up.

For time:
135-lb. clean and jerk, 60 reps
Scale as needed to complete within a 10min time cap.
