Memberships

All prospective members must complete our foundations course before taking out a membership.

Our Group Foundations program is designed to teach the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. This includes squats, deadlifting, pressing along with the Olympic lifts and a variety of gymnastics and bodyweight movements. Completing the Foundations course will give you the confidence and basic knowledge to participate in our CrossFit classes. This is mandatory for all prospective members, both for your own safety and to maintain existing coaching standards within the club for all members.

Our Group Foundation program is held once a month. This course is over a 1 week period, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6.30pm for approx 60-90 mins per session. This course is £45 per person to be paid in advance. Completing the foundations course gives you a good indication as to what to expect within our main classes should you decide to join as a member. To reserve your space on our next foundations course, please contact us on: 0777 1415925.

NEW TO CROSSFIT?

If you are new to CrossFit and would like to take your first steps to becoming a member, please register for our Foundation Course.

Our Foundations consists of  Tuesdays & Thursdays.

All prospective members must complete our foundations course. This course is designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit and give you the skills and knowledge to participate within the main classes.
