Group Coaching/team training

At CrossFit Belfast you can also book group coaching / team training sessions. This is suitable for any sports teams who would like a personalised and dedicated programme specific to increasing performance which will complement their current training. CrossFit Kids

At CrossFit Belfast we run dedicated CrossFit Kids courses for children age 4-10 years old. Our course usually runs over a 6 week period. Classes will be held on Sunday mornings from 11.30am - 2.00pm.  Having launched the first ever CrossFit Kids Programme throughout schools in Belfast with great success our coaches are looking forward to providing the same fun filled environment within CrossFit Belfast next month. This course will be packed with fun and games. Children will learn new movements and skills, and you can be sure they will make new friends along the way! The CrossFit Kids programme will make children faster, stronger and more capable and fit than the kids around them.

CrossFit Kids training not only contributes to children’s health and physical well-being, it also brings with it endless benefits outside of the gym. Children who have been trained by our coaches in school have demonstrated improved attention in the classroom, increased confidence and self-esteem, and a notable improvement in behaviour. CrossFit Kids has proved to be invaluable in motivating some of the more reluctant learners and has enabled them to become successful members of the school community. The discipline and concentration associated with CrossFit training has transferred into all aspects of the children’s lives.

CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning programme for many young athletes and the primary P.E. Programme for many schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out, thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. CrossFit Kids will make your children fitter faster, stronger and healthier whilst having lots of fun. All programmes are designed to suit the individual, as with all CrossFit workouts these can be scaled to suit children, ie: reduced loads and intensity workouts.
