New to CrossFit?

Scheduled Course Dates: Week commencing 11th January 2016.
Our Foundations consists of 4 evenings per week (Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri) starting at 6.30pm for 60 mins.
All prospective members must complete our foundations course.  This course is designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit and give you the skills and knowledge to participate within the main classes.
Foundations Course: £45 per person

  1. Hi,

    I am really keen to try out cross-fit in 2016. I’m currently away 3/4 days a week with work in Glasgow. I was wondering how flexible your triathlon 2 day a week option was? Would I have to do tuesday and Thursday, or would I be able to do Monday and Thursdays or Thursdays and Fridays for example?
